Terms and Conditions of Accommodation
Welcome to Aprosmeno Boutique Houses. By making a reservation, you accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservations & Payments
For telephone reservations, a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total amount is required for confirmation. The remaining balance is payable at check-in or via bank transfer prior to arrival, as agreed.
For online reservations through platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), the full amount is prepaid according to the policy of each platform.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are non-refundable. The deposit or any amount paid is non-refundable in all cases.
In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
3. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: Monday to Friday at 16:00.
Check-in on Saturday: at 14:00.
Check-out (all days): by 12:00 noon.
4. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or its equipment during their stay.
In case of damage, a restoration fee may be charged.
5. Safety & Disclaimer
The accommodation assumes no responsibility for any accident, injury, or loss that may occur on or off the premises during guests' stay.
Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the supervision of children or companions at all times.
Special attention is required in areas such as stairs, fireplace, jacuzzi, sauna, or outdoor spaces with elevation differences.
6. General
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodations.
Pets are not allowed, unless previously agreed upon.
The accommodation reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional cases
